Mayors´ Summit and Cities & Transport International Congress
The application of the Mayors´ Summit and the Cities & Transport International Conference brings the latest information on events, schedule, speakers and other services. In addition, the tool also allows preferred sessions scheduling and integration to personal agenda.
The events, organized by WRI Brasil | EMBARQ Brasil in Cidade das Artes, Rio de Janeiro, will be held on September 9-11 and will bring together mayors, decision makers, internationally renowned experts, members of the private sector and civil society organizations to present proposals and discuss different approaches to improve quality of life in cities globally.
Jaime Lerner, Ken Livingstone, Enrique Peñalosa, Mary Jane Ortega and Sam Adams – renowned former mayors – will all share their experiences and offer guidance for promoting sustainable development. More than 80 speakers will participate in interactive discussions with the audience and share successful methods for developing innovative solutions.
